While we don't really have anything monumental to share we thought we might as well put something up so that those who are anxiously awaiting our daily dose of entertainment won't be disappointed. Speaking of disappointed, that's how we felt when the Wisely's didn't show up to our house on Saturday. They were supposed to come over for card games and Wii. But they went to the mall instead. At least the Spurs were playing to help distract us from the pain of being stood up. Matthew was so bummed that he was just taking random pictures of whatever. Hence the trees.
But we have recovered as of today. We managed to console ourselves with a little house work and having lunch at Jason's Deli. Since I begrudingly ate at Luby's the other day, George begrudgingly ate at Jason's Deli. And over his club sandwich he begrudingly admitted it was ok. So maybe there's hope for me to go back soon.
After lunch, I planted lots of begonias up front and tried to repot some of my other plants. Now we're off to the grocery store-still trying to mask the pain of being stood up.

Check your messages!! We were the ones stood up. We aren't the type to just pop in at any moment..we called George's cell lots of times to see when you guys wanted us over!! We've been calling today too because we were so worried about you, it's so unlike us to not speak 2-3 times a day.
Well, thank goodness you are all alright. We were at Central Market around the same time as you!
The kids are very upset; we've been making excuses for why YOU GUYS didn't call us back...luckily we blamed it on George as usual :)
We love Jason's Deli; whenever you want to go call us, leave George at home!
