Ok, I see that it has been quite some time since I've posted any news. So, I'll try to post a few so that ya'll can catch up. We're still working on the addition of course. We're waiting for a plumber......we've been waiting.....Once we get a plumber and they finish, then it'll be on to sheet rock!!!!
One of our favorite things to do in the summer is to go swimming. Matthew took swimming lessons at Alamo Heights pool. It was the best thing for him. 
In 2 weeks time, he is fearless in the water. He's a regular fish, diving down to get stuff off the bottom, jumping in from the side, and going off the diving board. We went to a swim party a couple of weeks ago and he swam for 5 hours!!! Now that he can touch the bottom in the shallow end, he's very confident with his ability.

When he goes off the diving board he swims across the dive pool to the other side-all by himself!! It's amazing what simple things like that can make a parent proud!

How exciting, go Matthew! We need to go hang out at Alamo Heights pool..Jakob would go crazy for that diving board!!
